  • We reserve the right to refuse any trim improperly handled. Treating your venison with care will yield a high-quality product.
  • When bringing in trim for sausage, no fat, hair or bloody pieces will be accepted. 
  • Due to the volume we take in, it is not possible to give an estimated completion date. Processing times will be determined by date received and by product batches.
  • It is your responsibility to leave a working phone number so we can reach you.
